By blending ingredients like coconut water, citrus juices, and a pinch of salt, you can restore hydration, support muscle function, and maintain electrolyte balance without artificial additives or excessive sugars found in commercial sports drinks.

  • 2 cups coconut water or you can use filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of raw honey
  • juice from 1 lemon or orange
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan, Celtic or sea salt
  • fresh or frozen fruit slices or pieces (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bottle, jar or glass that will hold up to 3 cups of liquid
  • Blend, shake or stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Enjoy immediately or cover and store in the fridge.
  • This may be consumed all at once or sipped at throughout the day to replenish electrolytes and give a boost of hydration. Excellent source after physical exertion.
  • Fresh or frozen fruit slices may be added to your glass is desired.
  • This can also be doubled or tripled and stored in the fridge for when needed. Consume within two weeks.
