- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
- preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
- line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
- in a medium sized bowl or standing mixer add all of the above ingredients
- mix until combined well
- using a spoon or small cookie scoop, scoop out small amounts and place on your prepared cookie sheets
- you can roll each amount into a ball as well
- flatten each ball with your hand or back of spoon
- place cookie sheet on center rack of preheated oven and cook 10 - 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown
- remove from oven and allow to sit on cookie sheet for 5 mins before removing the cookies
