  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
  • line two cookie sheets with parchment paper
  • in a medium sized bowl or standing mixer add all of the above ingredients
  • mix until combined well
  • using a spoon or small cookie scoop, scoop out small amounts and place on your prepared cookie sheets
  • you can roll each amount into a ball as well
  • flatten each ball with your hand or back of spoon
  • place cookie sheet on center rack of preheated oven and cook 10 - 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown
  • remove from oven and allow to sit on cookie sheet for 5 mins before removing the cookies
  • Enjoy!
