Turmeric Anti Inflammatory Cubes for Tea
Turmeric Anti-Inflammatory Tea Cubes are a convenient way to enjoy the health benefits of turmeric anytime by simply adding a cube to hot water, tea, or smoothies. These frozen cubes combine turmeric with ginger, black pepper, honey and lemon, creating a powerful anti-inflammatory blend that's easy to use daily and are a great way to replace your ibuprofen. - 1 cup water
- 1 tsp turmeric powder (or fresh grated turmeric),
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- a pinch of black pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon.
- 1 tablespoon of honey (or more to taste)
this can be doubled or more if you wish to make more cubes
Instructions
- Mix the water, turmeric powder (or fresh grated turmeric), grated ginger, a pinch of black pepper, honey and lemon juice in a measuring cup with a pouring spout.
- Once it is all mixed pour it into ice cube trays and freeze.
- Once frozen add a cube to hot water, tea or smoothie and enjoy!
