- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise or regular if making vegetarian
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 glove of garlic minced or 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste or 1 teaspoon coconut aminos
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions
- place all the above ingredients in a small bowl
- Mix well to combine
