  • 1 ripe mango cubed, approximately 1 cup
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 small limes juiced, approximately 1 oz
  • 2.5 - 3 oz tequila or less if desired
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1 - 3 tablespoons agave syrup

Chili Salt Rim

  • 1 lime wedge for rimming
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 small limes juiced, approximately 1 oz
  • 2.5 - 3 oz tequila or less if desired
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1 dash hot sauce
  • 1 - 3 tablespoons agave syrup

  • 1 lime wedge for rimming
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the margarita ingredients to a blender like a Vitamix and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. You can add a handful of ice to the blender to make a frozen margarita or place the mix in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice an shake vigorously.
  3. Mix the chili salt rim ingredients in a small bowl and then pour them onto a small plate or shallow bowl.
  4. Using a lime wedge, rub it around the rim of your serving glass then dip it into the chili salt.
  5. Add a couple ice cubes to the glass and then pour in the mango margarita mix and garnish with a lime wedge.

*if making a frozen margarita you can also use frozen mango chunks in place of the fresh mango and omit the handful of ice.
