This delicious healthy granola recipe is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and is made with oats, coconut, dates and nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Real maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Nut Butter of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Gluten free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Cashews chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup Medjool Dates chopped

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Spread mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in center of oven for 20 minutes or until golden color.
  5. Allow to cool and store in a tightly sealed container.
  6. Enjoy as is, with yogurt and fruit, as an ice cream or smoothie bowl topping and more.
