This delicious healthy granola recipe is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and is made with oats, coconut, dates and nuts.
- 1/3 cup Real maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Nut Butter of your choice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 2 cups Gluten free Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Cashews chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup Medjool Dates chopped

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Spread mixture on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake in center of oven for 20 minutes or until golden color.
- Allow to cool and store in a tightly sealed container.
- Enjoy as is, with yogurt and fruit, as an ice cream or smoothie bowl topping and more.
