  • 3 cups frozen fruit of choice
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • silicone popsicle molds

Instructions

  • place all ingredients into your Vitamix blender and puree
  • pour enough of the mixture into each mold
  • place in freezer and allow to freeze
  • enjoy

You can use fresh or frozen fruit of your choice, they can even be mixed for blended flavor.
