Instructions

  1. Soak potato peels in ice cold water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain, pat dry and place in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Toss with some oil of your choice and place on a parchment lined baking tray, sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Bake in your preheated oven at 375 degrees F for about 15 - 20 minutes or you can bake them in your air fryer for about 10 - 15 mins at 375 degrees F. or until crispy and brown.
  5. Enjoy!
